With the weather of the Oregon coast the homes large covered areas make the winter months a breeze and the summers a little cooler.
Plenty of outdoor seating is available for play or dining. The west decks provide a patio heater and a wood burning fireplace.
To finish off this great area enjoy the outdoor kitchen complete with a gas grill and hood, Ice machine, dishwasher and beverage cooler.

Everything is thought out, the kitchen provides a professional gas range and dual refrigerator and freezer.
You will be hard pressed to come up empty handed in your meal prep.
The kitchen is stock with most all modern small appliances including a professional mixer, food processor, madeleine, emulsifier, hand electric mixer, stainless pots and pans, nonstick pans, baking pans and sheets, cutting boards and drawers of misc. utensils.
A Professional set of knifes are provided for your convenience, and plenty of great quality tableware and heavy duty plates and glasses.

The house features 6 comfortable Queen Beds and 2 single Ottoman beds complete with 4" memory foam toppers. Each Bed features down pillows and 800 count linens.
Luxury bath soaps are included as well as quality Towels.
The house is low allergen as the floors are stained and scored heated concrete, short nap area rugs accent the rooms

The furniture is all leather, a beautiful wrought iron/marble coffee table is just the start of the nicely decorated home. With guests in mind the house is comfortable and durable. The interior is warm yet luxurious accented with wonderful douglas fir trim , detailed ceilings and architectural lighting.

The private HD Theater features a 104" screen, a true theater sound system, professional popcorn machine and a beverage cooler and sink.
Of course the floor is rubber isolated to become part of the subwoofer sound system. Enjoy....
The outdoor kitchen passes through to the garden area and also opens up into the interior kitchen.
